The 20-year-old Swedish beauty is a spokesmodel for
make-up giant Maybelline.
She claims the best way to achieve a natural glow is to
know exactly where, and where not, to apply your favourite
foundation.
“No make-up make-up is as much about where you don’t
put your cosmetics as where you do. I’ve learnt to apply my
foundation to the centre of my face for the most natural
look. As soon as you take it to your temples, jaw line and
the sides of your cheeks, it becomes too done,” she
explained to Britain ’s Grazia magazine.
The beauty expert has walked the runway for some of the
biggest names in fashion, including Valentino, Chanel and
Alexander McQueen.
Frida is used to getting her make-up done by professional
artists and revealed that she’ll be working the orange lip
trend this season, but with her own twist on the look.
“At the moment, I’m sticking to a vibrant mandarin shade
rather that going full tilt towards orange. It’s both flattering
and forgiving against a winter complexion,” she revealed.
As a model Frida takes a keen interest in the latest catwalk
looks and insists replicating them at home doesn’t have to
be a chore.
“I love spring’s elegant and elongated take on eyeliner, but
it’s hard without a professional make-up artist on hand.
One of the best tricks I’ve learned backstage is to take a
beige kohl pencil and use to draw a line and shape your
eyes.
“Then once you’ve got the structure, go over it with a black
